Hello everyone and welcome back to another blog post on ~Foodie with a Passion~! Happy Tuesday everyone and I hope you’re having a great week so far. Today is a quick What’s for Dinner post since I’ve had a couple of home cooked meals since making it to Florida on Friday night. So remember to click subscribe so you don’t miss another Foodie Fun 🤩
Alrighty! So the first night I got to Florida, basically I scavenged my in-laws fridge and freezer to see what I could make.

This was a super easy meal since all I did was thaw the chicken, throw some olive oil on and seasoned with onion soup mix and garlic powder. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 min or when the chicken temps to 165°F internally. I had it mostly frozen so it took slightly longer. I microwaved one of the brown rice and quinoa blends and a bag of frozen brussels and dinner was served.

I am still craving my comfort food from Japan so I made some pork curry and added a salad to it. This was super easy to make in the instant pot since I sautéed everything then pressure cooked and added the curry roux.
No picture for Sunday nights dinner but we had salmon and broccoli and cauliflower.
Monday night we ate leftovers since we had so much left. On Tuesday we’ll be making some homemade pizza again this time for my in-laws since last time I made it for my aunt.
And there we have it! Let me know in the comments below what you had for dinner the last few days and until then…signing off!
