Pizza Night Prep! 🍕

Hello everyone and welcome back to another blog post on ~Foodie with a Passion~! Happy Thursday everyone and we’re almost to the weekend. We’re going to be doing a Pizza Night again at Young Adults tonight so I spent a couple hours prepping for everything last night. Alrighty! Three pizzas as usual and I always start with homemade pizza crust from Sugar Spun Run.

Topped Pizzas

Once pizza dough proofed, I rolled them out onto a pizza pan. Remember your parchment paper underneath for easy cutting. I usually like to take a fork and stab the dough so the air bubbles can release easily.

BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza
  • Sweet Baby Rays as base
  • Colby Jack Shred Cheese
  • Pulled Pork
  • Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers
  • Crispy Onions
  • Stubbs Smoky Mesquite as drizzle
  • Parsley Flakes for garnish
Supreme
  • Red Sauce as base
  • Pizza Blend Shred Cheese
  • Salami
  • Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Red Onion
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Olive Oil as drizzle
Ham and Pineapple
  • Red Sauce as base
  • Mozzarella Shred Cheese
  • Diced Ham
  • Sliced Pineapple
  • Parsley for garnish
  • No drizzle

Bake at 425°F for 15-18 min and chow time!
