What’s for Dinner?

Hello everyone and welcome back to another blog post on ~Foodie with a Passion~! Happy Thursday everyone and we’re almost to the weekend. Since coming back from vacation, I am cooking up a storm again so here’s what we’ve had for dinner this past week. Alrighty! Here we go!

Pork Steaks, Onion-Roasted Potatoes and Rainbow Cauliflower
White Chicken Chili
Spam Fried Rice (Potstickers and Edamame not pictured)
Gnocchi with Red Sauce, Italian Sausage and Side Salad
Pork Curry with Brown Rice, Cucumber Slices and Crispy Green Beans
Okonomiyaki (Japanese Savory Pancakes)

And there we have it! I usually like to do a rotation of proteins or cuisines. This past week was kind of pork-heavy but they were all cooked differently.
