Hello Everyone and welcome back to another blog post on ~Foodie with a Passion~! It’s Thursday so we’re pretty much through with the week and almost to the weekend 😆 So today’s post is the official start of Gardening 2021 (which I should have done this weeks ago, so I’m a bit behind) and I am so excited for it!! Alrighty! So, I finally got those seed starter/mini green houses going because we finally picked up some potting soil (about freakin’ time!!). I did this last year too but not many made it to transfer to the big planters so hopefully, this year, I will do better.
So here we are after the seeds had been planted. This year, we have some Sweet Peppers, Corn, Green Beans, Tokyo Green Onions, Okra, Heirloom Tomatoes, Eggplant, Spring Cucumbers, Pickling Cucumbers and Snow Peas. Plus an assortment of flowers. So we will see what will show up! After putting the seeds in, we covered it with more potting soil, watered it and put the lid on it. This will create humidity and we placed them on the porch where it gets the morning sun when it’s sunny.
